comfort on a rainy day

It's the end of May and I'm not alone when I say, "C'mon, Mother Nature, give us a break!" While it has been years since I have experienced spring showers, I just want temperatures above 50 degrees!  I know I can't practically install solar powered outdoor heaters (yet) so my consolation prize is comfort food.  Here is a favorite of ours:

Prosciutto wrapped Chicken and Sage with Garlic-Rosemary Roasted Veggies

This is just a dish we fall back on when we want the solace of sweet potatoes and corn.  As great as this tastes, I'd give up oatmeal cookies for BBQ and flip flop weather... I dare you to dare me!

Relief is just around the corner so stay dry and always remember, my toes will always desire sand between them more than yours!
